Clematis stans 'Rusalka'

Bright blue tubular flowers in profusion. White filaments and creamy-yellow anthers. This form of stans was raised in 1990 and named it 'Rusalka', meaning 'Fairy', due to its smaller, more delicate foliage than the type and its dwarf habit. The flowers are a bright Wedgwood blue and strongly scented.
