Clematis 'Miaoyu'

Medium to large, flat or flattish, semi-double white flowers, outermost tepals occasionally with irregular light yellow-green patches and flushed a very pale pink at the apex. Filaments pale yellow-green, connectives purple-red, anthers purplish-red.

Miaoyu, was one of the twelve beauties of Jinling in "A Dream of Red Mansions".
