Clematis 'Gravetye Beauty'

Small to medium, elongated, bell-shaped, red flowers ageing to pink. Red anthers on cream filaments. This cultivar opens to a much flatter flower than most others in the texensis group. Named and introduced by William Robinson of Gravetye Manor in 1914.
