Clematis 'Ulrique'

Pale lavender blue flowers with a pinkish-red bar. Reddish-purple anthers. The tepals have attractive wavy edges. A seedling of 'Nelly Moser' raised by Magnus Johnson in 1952. Named after his grand-daughter.
