Clematis PATRICIA ANN FRETWELL 'Pafar'

Large, fully double flowers in spring, single flowers later. The outer tepals are reddish pink, fading to pale pink at the edges. The inner tepals are pale pink with a narrow, deep pink stripe. The stamens are creamy-white. Named after the raiser's wife.
