Clematis 'Lord Peter'

Medium to large pale blue flowers with a whitish bar and purple anthers. The name, according to Magnus Johnson, is a combination of a grandson Peter's name and that of Lord Peter Wimsey, hero of the Dorothy Sayers novels.
