Clematis 'Andrew'

Large violet-blue flowers with purple anthers. Named by Mangnus Johnson after one of his grandsons, Anders (see also macropetala'Anders'). The cultivar was given the anglicised version of Anders' name. Flowers from June on old wood, later on new. Can be hard-pruned (Group 3), but at the expense of the early flowers.
