Semi-double blue flowers, flushed red-purple towards the base. Filaments creamy-white. Apparently 'Julita' is one of a batch of clematis originating with the late Brother Stefan Franczak sent to the Friends of the Rogerson Clematis Society in the US by Szczepan Marczynski.
