A medium to large flower which has white tepals (greenish-pink at first) with pale yellow stamens. 'Iadviga Valenis' was raised in 1961 at the Nikitsky State Botanic Gardens, Yalta, Crimea by A N Volosenko-Valenis and named after his mother.
