Clematis mauritiana
Nodding white flowers, the four tepals initially edged in palest lilac. Large, glossy deeply veined evergreen leaves with toothed edges. This unusual species is native to Mauritius and Madagascar and has proven to be tender in the U.K. However, its free-flowering nature and beautiful foliage make it an ideal clematis for the conservatory.
